Where can I see the price?
£19 per month or £190 per year in GBP, plus applicable tax. Annual billing saves £38. Your 30-day trial starts when you create your first organisation, with no card required.
Are there usage limits?
One trail, up to 250 artists, five organisers and 2 GB of shared image storage. Artist accounts are separate from organiser accounts.
What happens if a subscription ends?
Cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the paid period ends. Failed renewals have seven days of grace. When access ends, the public trail goes offline and your workspace becomes read-only. Content is retained for 90 days so renewing can restore it, then deleted.
Does the subscription include content creation?
You supply and maintain your artists, artwork, images and practical details. The application provides the tools to organise and publish them.
